About Me

I enjoy supporting people to build confidence, strengthen self-worth and develop practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals across different stages of life, including professionals experiencing workplace pressures, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety or periods of personal change.

Whilst I work with all individuals, I am particularly passionate about helping children, teenagers and young adults understand their emotions, friendships and social environments, while navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression and relationship strains.

School and social pressures can be complex for young people. By working collaboratively with the child, parent or caregiver, and where appropriate the school, I aim to support environments where learning, relationships and emotional wellbeing can feel more settled and manageable.

My work focuses on helping clients understand what may sit beneath behaviours, strengthen emotional awareness and build skills that support resilience and healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Some key focus areas include:

  • Understanding unmet needs that may sit beneath behaviours
  • Strengthening executive functioning skills
  • Emotional regulation and self-control
  • Developing routines and navigating change
  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Depression and low mood
  • Workplace stress and professional challenges
  • Building confidence and self-worth
  • Navigating healthy friendships and relationships
  • ADHD, Autism and neurodivergent guidance
  • Reframing negative thoughts and building self-awareness
  • Supporting children’s wellbeing through therapeutic play
